"I started at TBHC in 2006 as a dietary helper. I then worked as a transporter for 13 years. From these hands-on experiences, I realized I wanted to go into nursing. I went back to nursing school full-time for two years while I still worked and got so much support from the hospital leadership. They accommodated my scheduling and encouraged me all the way. I also got a job as a nurse at TBHC when I graduated. I love my job!"
