🚀 What if brain training could help prepare astronauts for the stress of space missions?
A new preliminary study explored neurofeedback training as part of astronaut preparation — looking at how training the brain’s self-regulation may support resilience during isolation and high-stress environments. While the study is small and early, it reflects a growing interest in brain training beyond therapy settings — from high performance to extreme environments like space.
It raises an interesting question: if brain training is being explored for astronauts, what could it mean for how we support resilience and adaptability here on Earth?
