It is my favorite way to say Thank you for my life, my good health, my ability to run marathons. I donate my bounty to the kids who are still fighting in hospitals around the country. The kids deserve these medals much more than I do, they are the true heroes. I am blessed to have wonderful memories shared with good friends from my marathon experiences all over the globe, let the kids enjoy these medals!

Yesterday I had the pleasure of pacing a marathon in Beirut &
I paced a lot of first timers

While it was much hotter than my body can handle & I was forced to abandon my original plan, I still had a good time & helped a lot of runners ; my personal success rate is measured in friends & smiles more than in miles.
I am so grateful for the opportunities to serve

I love to experience new things and I swallow them whole. My passions are Travel , Marathons, & Meeting new people. But I also love that no matter where I go, being a marathon maniac, I see familiar faces.
I am not afraid to go down some dead ends and explore dark alleys. Which is what I did today to find packet pick up, I always say ‘Try everything’
