What a merry time we had at Beacon’s annual “His Toy Store” give away! Special thanks to our sponsors Hope For New York and Toys For Tots for all of the donations! Also thank you to our partnering organizations Fidelis Care, Fresh Wind Fresh Fire Family Ministries, Staten Island Partnership Community Wellness, NYPD Precinct 121, Metroplus, Young Life and all of our volunteers! Such a blessing! A terrific turn out today at our Annual Bookbag Giveaway event we were able to supply approximately 200 bookbags filled with supplies to the children of Mariners Harbor. We had Face Painting and raffles for children & the DJ .On behalf of Beacon Christian Community health Center I want to thank the Lois & Richard Nicotra Foundation for their generosity. & to Fresh Wind Fresh Fire Family Ministries for the donations of snacks and drinks for all the families . To all the vendors present, thank you all for your participation and to all our volunteers! That helped make this event a success.
