⌛Take a step back, breath, and clear your mind with the power of meditation. Want to give it a try but not sure where to start?
🙌Follow these simple steps and make them a daily habit.
✅Set aside time: Set aside a regular time each day to meditate, and promise to yourself that you will keep it. To establish a routine, it can be helpful to meditate at the same time each day.
✅Find a quiet, comfortable space: Choose a peaceful, comfortable location where you won't be bothered while you meditate. This could be in a room in your house, outside in a park, or anywhere else you feel at ease.

✅Focus on your breath: Once you're comfortable, close your eyes and focus on your breath. This can be the sensation of the air moving in and out of your nose, or your chest rising and falling.
✅Let go of distractions: When your mind starts to wander, gently bring it back to your breath. If a distraction arises such as a sound or thought, acknowledge it and let it go. It's normal for thoughts to arise during meditation.
✅Start small: Start with short meditation sessions, such as 5-10 minutes. Then, as you become more comfortable with the practice, you can gradually increase the duration.
✅Make it regular: Make meditation a regular part of your routine, like brushing your teeth or taking a shower. The more you do it, the easier it will become.
✅Be kind to yourself: Remember that meditation is a skill, and you may find that it takes time and practice to quiet your mind and stay focused on your breath. Be kind to yourself and don't get discouraged if it's difficult at first.
