Again six years later I am so proud to have been awarded another Teaching Excellence Award by the Mount Sinai Dermatology Residents, Students and Faculty last night at our Annual Winter Symposium Dinner at the New York Academy of Medicine.
There can never be and never will be anything more rewarding and gratifying heartwarming and humbling to a professor than receiving recognition from one’s students. Last night’s Mount Sinai Winter Symposium Dinner ceremony was truly the crowning glory of my last ten years as a Clinical Professor teaching at my alma mata as I was privileged to be a member of Mount Sinai’s first medical school graduating class of 1972! It just feels so good to give back.

I wanted to share this wonderful honor I received in the Mount Sinai Skin Health magazine who published this article. I was a member of the first graduating class of the Mount Sinai school of medicine and it actually gave me my start in medicine and dermatology and I want to give back as much as possible
