A reminder to take care of ourselves, and yes, this includes our Yoni’s too (especially our Yoni’s) 🌹

Thank you for showing up with open hearts, in gentleness, and a willingness to listen inward.

To every womxn who showed up — thank you for bringing your presence, your stories, your laughter, your tenderness, and your courage into the circle.

Healthy circles matter.
Spaces where we can soften.
Witnessed without judgment.
Where we are reminded that support is not a luxury — it’s nourishment.

Yoni care not is not a trend, but a practice of relationship — learning to listen to our bodies, to tend with gentleness, and to honor the wisdom we carry in our womb spaces.

May the warmth we shared continue to vibrate — in how we rest, how we care for our bodies, and how we hold each other.

To Naomi of for bringing your knowledge, fun, contagious energy into caring for our bodies 🌸 learning about toti’s, va-jay jay’s, cuties, and all the beautiful nicknames we have for our most intimate parts - Thank YOU 🫶

Ruby, thank you so much for your support and keeping the streams going. Jenice, thank you for the cupcakes 🧁 and to each feminine divine present, grateful 🫶

If you feel called to sit with us in future circles, we’ll be here — holding space 🌙

With deep gratitude, always.

Joy doesn’t always arrive thru grand gestures.

Sometimes it’s the first sip of cafecito.
A song that hits at the right moment.
The way the light moves across your living room floor.
A text from someone who gets you.

We’re taught to chase big milestones.
But real healing?
It often lives in the tiny, sacred pauses.

Today I’m choosing to notice.
To slow down enough to feel it.
To honor the small things that quietly keep me whole.

What was your small moment of joy today?

Yoni care isn’t about fixing what’s broken.

It’s about tending what’s sacred.

For us, yoni care is rooted in education, consent, ancestral wisdom, and listening to the body—through practices like herbal steaming (when appropriate), pelvic breathwork, tea rituals, and rest.

It is not medical treatment.
It is not sexual.
It is not rushed.
It is not one-size-fits-all.

And especially in this season… in this climate… in this world that keeps asking us to push—

wide rest becomes medicine.

Softness becomes survival.

Our upcoming Galentine’s wombshop with Luna Le Vag centers safety, clarity, and choice—so you can explore these practices with tenderness and confidence.

Come learn.
Come soften.
Come home to yourself.

Winter Solstice — The Longest Night 🌑✨
Tonight, the dark stretches arms wide.
Not to place swallow us— to hold us.
The season of listening.
Of stillness.
Of letting the soul whisper gently instead of projecting loudly.

Here are a few gentle invitations for the longest night of the year—no hustle, no gold stars, just presence:

🕯 Light a single candle
Sit with the flame and ask yourself:
What carried me through this year—even when I didn’t notice?

✍🏽 Write by soft light
Journal without editing. Try these prompts:
• What am I ready to lay down before the year turns?
• What part of me needs rest, not repair?
• What quiet truth has been waiting for me to explore?

🍵 Warm your body
Drink something comforting—tea, caldo, cocoa, whatever feels like home.
Let warmth remind you that care doesn’t have to be earned.

🪞 Tend to your inner altar
Place an object, photo, or word that represents what you’re honoring—your ancestors, your grief, your growth, your survival. Sit with gratitude for how far you’ve come.

🌑 Rest without guilt
Tonight is not for planning or pushing.
It’s for composting the old.
The seeds will wake when they’re ready.

The light returns slowly from here.
For now, we go inward—
trusting that even in the dark,
something sacred is still growing. 🌱
