The season of slowly coming back to oneself.🌱

Of warmer sun on your face a little earlier in the day.
Of brisk evening walks where the air still has a little crisp, reminding that change takes time.

Spring is both an awakening and a transition.

Not quite who we were during winter, not quite who we’ll be in summer — but something in between. Something becoming.

Go for longer walks.
Stand in the sun a little longer.
Let yourself come back slowly, gently. You are allowed to bloom at your own pace.

Below are a few prompts to guide you through the transition:

✍️What is one thing your spirit is asking for this season?

✍️Where in your life do you need more softness?

✍️What helps you feel rooted when the world feels chaotic?

February exhales.
The frost loosens its grip.

Somewhere beneath the quiet,
roots are stirring.

I am shedding what kept me warm
but no longer fits.

Not rushing the bloom —
just honoring the thaw. 🌿✨

Spring isn’t here yet…
but I can feel her coming.

🌿A Gentle Transition Ritual:

-Open a window for 5 minutes (even if it’s chilly).
-Light a candle or incense.
-Write one thing you’re leaving in winter.
-Write one word you’re stepping into for spring.

Fold it. Keep it in your journal.
Let March meet a version of you that is softer, clearer, lighter.

A reminder to take care of ourselves, and yes, this includes our Yoni’s too (especially our Yoni’s) 🌹

Thank you for showing up with open hearts, in gentleness, and a willingness to listen inward.

To every womxn who showed up — thank you for bringing your presence, your stories, your laughter, your tenderness, and your courage into the circle.

Healthy circles matter.
Spaces where we can soften.
Witnessed without judgment.
Where we are reminded that support is not a luxury — it’s nourishment.

Yoni care not is not a trend, but a practice of relationship — learning to listen to our bodies, to tend with gentleness, and to honor the wisdom we carry in our womb spaces.

May the warmth we shared continue to vibrate — in how we rest, how we care for our bodies, and how we hold each other.

To Naomi of for bringing your knowledge, fun, contagious energy into caring for our bodies 🌸 learning about toti’s, va-jay jay’s, cuties, and all the beautiful nicknames we have for our most intimate parts - Thank YOU 🫶

Ruby, thank you so much for your support and keeping the streams going. Jenice, thank you for the cupcakes 🧁 and to each feminine divine present, grateful 🫶

If you feel called to sit with us in future circles, we’ll be here — holding space 🌙

With deep gratitude, always.

Joy doesn’t always arrive thru grand gestures.

Sometimes it’s the first sip of cafecito.
A song that hits at the right moment.
The way the light moves across your living room floor.
A text from someone who gets you.

We’re taught to chase big milestones.
But real healing?
It often lives in the tiny, sacred pauses.

Today I’m choosing to notice.
To slow down enough to feel it.
To honor the small things that quietly keep me whole.

What was your small moment of joy today?

Yoni care isn’t about fixing what’s broken.

It’s about tending what’s sacred.

For us, yoni care is rooted in education, consent, ancestral wisdom, and listening to the body—through practices like herbal steaming (when appropriate), pelvic breathwork, tea rituals, and rest.

It is not medical treatment.
It is not sexual.
It is not rushed.
It is not one-size-fits-all.

And especially in this season… in this climate… in this world that keeps asking us to push—

wide rest becomes medicine.

Softness becomes survival.

Our upcoming Galentine’s wombshop with Luna Le Vag centers safety, clarity, and choice—so you can explore these practices with tenderness and confidence.

Come learn.
Come soften.
Come home to yourself.
