Anxiety can show up at every age, it just looks different. đź’­

In children, it might look like stomachaches, meltdowns, clinginess, or avoiding school.

In teens, it can show up as irritability, perfectionism, social withdrawal, or feeling overwhelmed.

In adults, anxiety often appears as constant worry, racing thoughts, sleep difficulties, muscle tension, or burnout.

No matter your age, anxiety is real, and treatable. Support can help you (or your child) understand what is happening and learn tools to manage it.
