I specialize in providing psychotherapy to adolescents and adults. My primary approach is contemporary psychodynamic and psychoanalytic psychotherapy, although my work is complemented by mindfulness practice and experiential, affect-focused and acceptance-oriented therapeutic interventions. I tend to be engaging and interactive, and focus on helping people express, identify and understand and reso

lve their distressing problems, problematic and self-defeating patterns, and interpersonal relationships. The aim of my work is to give people greater freedom to make decisions and direct their lives in adaptive ways. Se habla Español - Bilingual (English/Spanish) services are available.
