Wow!!! All I can say is this: giving up on what you once believed were your dreams is never an option.

Keep speaking to your reality. Keep imagining boldly. Keep communicating with your spirit guides. The moment we stop abandoning our true nature — the moment we guard our own hearts as if they are the most sacred thing in the world — we move closer to our dreams. The images in our minds begin to take form in real life.

I am living proof.

I have wanted to give up more times than I can count. But instead of listening to fear, I listened to my heart. And now I have the honor of working alongside one of the most exquisite beings I know, in one of the most beautiful and luxurious places on Earth.

Yesterday, I had the honor of appearing on Fox 5 News to share my work with the Elevation Tool Box Method and the Elevate U Neuro Mapping Yoga Mat—a research-informed, neurodiversity-centered approach to making yoga and mindful movement more accessible.

The Elevate U Yoga Mat is a mind-and-body mapping mat designed with visual cues that support spatial awareness, refine motor skills, and strengthen comprehension and self-regulation. By simplifying how the body moves and organizes itself in space, the mat helps children and adults engage with yoga safely, confidently, and with greater ease.

When combined with the Elevation Tool Box Method and my work with specific sound frequencies as vibrational medicine, this approach supports nervous system regulation on both a sensory and physiological level. Mantra to Open Up Blockages in Your Life

Posture: Sit in a comfortable meditative posture with your spine straight. Hands facing up, restringing on knees, thumb and pointer fingers kissing (on both hands).

11 minutes or less,

This mantra, also known as the 17th Slok of Sukhmani Sahib, helps remove blocks or obstacles when you feel stuck. It is a variation of the original mantra, with an emphasis on “bhai” instead of “bhee.” Both salute the wisdom of the ages, but the purpose of “bhai” is to act as a lever and remove blocks when you feel stuck.

Find a version you like and sing along to it. Allow the wisdom of the ages to move you. You can also chant without music if you prefer. If you are feeling particularly stuck, you could play this mantra in your home, your car, your work space, or while you sleep.
