We work in schools, colleges, corporate settings in privates and in group. Each day we experience all kinds of different forms of stress. It all depends on the situation, noises circumstances, hydration, social interactions, the weather and yes even the moon influences us. These stresses effect how we function in the world. How we interact in social settings, how we function in our private lives a

nd most importantly how we react and take care of ourselves. We live in a world that we are in constant contact with. We become comfortable in our own discomfort and so often we look for a restart button. Most times we find wine, chocolate, texting and shopping to easy the discomfort of our mind. Unfortunately these devices are a temporally fix. We often experiencing the feeling of being stuck, of not feeling good enough or maybe it's the mind repeatedly reminding us of all the things we can't do. We so often think about our desires and dream our wishes and our wants just to find our selves back with that glass of wines and that oh so familiar box of chocolates. Unum Heart Elevation Station is a place where you can reseat your subconscious from all the I can't and create all the I cans through the science of Kundalini mantra, sat bam Rasayan, meditation and breath work. Mantra to Open Up Blockages in Your Life

Posture: Sit in a comfortable meditative posture with your spine straight. Hands facing up, restringing on knees, thumb and pointer fingers kissing (on both hands).

11 minutes or less,

This mantra, also known as the 17th Slok of Sukhmani Sahib, helps remove blocks or obstacles when you feel stuck. It is a variation of the original mantra, with an emphasis on “bhai” instead of “bhee.” Both salute the wisdom of the ages, but the purpose of “bhai” is to act as a lever and remove blocks when you feel stuck.

Find a version you like and sing along to it. Allow the wisdom of the ages to move you. You can also chant without music if you prefer. If you are feeling particularly stuck, you could play this mantra in your home, your car, your work space, or while you sleep.

So the term Kundalini means “a spiritual energy or life force located at the base of the spine,” which is usually conceptualized as a coiled-up serpent.
The practice of Kundalini yoga arouses the sleeping Kundalini Shakti from its coiled base through the six chakras that reside along the spine, and through the seventh chakra, or crown. Chakras are wheels, or hubs of energy, along which energy or prana, travels like a superhighway to distribute energy throughout the body.
Like a snake being charmed out of a basket by a bansuri, Kundalini weaves and coils, waking up energy and clearing stagnancy along the way. Without the fangs.
These days Kundalini yoga is a synthesis of many traditions, and the kriyas and meditations in Kundalini Yoga are designed to raise complete body awareness to prepare the body, nervous system, and mind to handle the energy of Kundalini rising. Many of the physical postures are designed to activate the navel, spine, and focal points of pressurization on meridians (energy points). Through breath work (pranayama) and the application of yogic locks of energy (bandhas), the release, direction, and control of the flow of Kundalini energy is achieved.
The technique of alternate nostril breathing (left nostril, right nostril) which is described as a simple breathing technique, is one of these often-utilized techniques. When you’re dealing with a stuffed up nose, there’s nothing simple about breathing out of one nostril. Especially the one plugged up. I’ve found the simplicity comes through first attempting, then practicing. This type of breathwork is taught as a way to cleanse the nadis, or subtle channels and pathways, to help awaken Kundalini energy. Probably the last thing you want to do when you’re congested, but can be quite helpful if one experiences life with anxiety or depression, or maybe just looking for an mental, psychical and emotional energy shift.

This therapeutic art form, developed by Dr. Pavel Piskarev, blends art and psychology to connect the mind and body. Through free-form lines, smoothing intersections, and adding vibrant colors, you’ll transform stress, gain clarity, and support your emotional well-being. It’s the perfect creative escape for anyone dealing with life’s challenges, chronic pain, or anxiety.
This immersive experience, led by Karisa Johnston and Laurie Mandal, incorporates “breathing art,” blending sound frequencies, breathing techniques, and mindful brushstrokes. Guided by master artist Laurie, you’ll create your own Neurographic art piece—no prior art experience needed!

Neurographic art is a very new therapeutic art form created in 2014 by Russian/Israeli psychologist and architect Dr. Pavel Piskarev. Neurographic art, or neurographica, is the method of creating mind and body connections through a combination of art and psychology. Also known as doodling, neurographic art is a technique which comprises drawing free- form lines or “neuro lines”, smoothing the intersections where lines meet, and filling the resulting spaces with color. This process is described as a meditation, allowing people to transform stress and to help create positive changes in people experiencing chronic pain and anxiety, as well as help people gain clarity and peacefulness, and deal with current challenges.
In this workshop, participants will be lead through both a meditative sound experience and a “breathing art” experience that combines sound meditation and the process of creating their own neurographic art piece. Participants will be provided with all supplies. Absolutely no art experience is necessary, just a curious, open mind! All supplies will be provided.
