Fat cells on our body are like little beach balls. Each beach ball gets bigger and smaller as we gain or lose weight. In this before & after, our 23 year old patient was 5ft 4inch 125 pounds, a 34c cup with asymmetry, and wanted to be as small as possible but still have a nice shape. She underwent a Lejour Breast Reduction with the removal of 191 grams of breast tissue from the left breast and 119 grams from the right breast.

Each type of breast implant creates a different shape and feel, and both have pros and cons.
Many patients find that silicone implants have the most natural look and feel because the material mimics breast tissue. However, you can achieve great, natural-looking results with either type of implant (saline or silicone).

The Göes Breast Lift is a technique that’s ideal for women who are suffering from type 1 and type 2 sagging. Through an oval-shaped incision that extends from the base of the ar**la to just above, he raises and sculpts the breast tissue into an aesthetically appealing new shape and then sutures it into position against the chest wall.
