Dr. Freund offers 3 types of breast lifts: the Goes Technique, the Lejour Technique, & the Tear Drop Augmentation Mastopexy (a lift with an implant). For patients seeking a lift without an implant, deciding which one is right for them depends on the extent of sagging.
For example, the Lejour technique is ideal for type III sagging and pseudoptosis, as well as to those who have type II sagging but wish to have fuller, more youthful looking breasts that are possible with the Göes technique.

There are multiple surgical techniques for contouring the abdomen including a full tummy tuck, mini tummy tuck, reverse tummy tuck & liposuction.
A fully tummy tuck is ideal for women with excess fat, skin laxity, and loose abdominal muscles that affect the appearances of post-childbirth mothers, massive weight loss patients, and men with protruding “beer bellies.”
A mini-tummy tuck is ideal for patients with a small degree of excess fat and weakened muscles, unlike full tummy tuck candidates who have ample extra skin and fat.
A reverse tummy tuck is ideal for patients with excess skin above the belly button, but not below, we can pull the excess skin upwards and anchor the skin under the breasts. This technique is minimally invasive but leaves a scar under each breast, which can be easily concealed in a bikini top or brassiere.
And lastly, liposuction is ideal for Individuals with good skin tone and extra fat on the belly or hips (for example, a “muffin top”) may consider liposuction a good alternative to tummy tuck surgery.
