3) AIR-DRIED SEA SALT and/or CORAL CALCIUM - same amount of either.

If it is not air-dried sea salt, it is garbage salt. Himalayan salt CHUNKS are our first choice for adding to water, as well as food.

The salt is only a part of the critical need for trace amounts of minerals. Himalayan salt delivers quite a few minerals.

Simply drop a chunk into a jar of water. This is called "sole water," pronounced "SO-lay." A tablespoon in water, (wew add lemon, for alkalizing benefit and better taste) once or twice per day, 2 tablespoons each time if you're overweight.

Also terrific for teens with acne: Dr. Marshall often said that acne is a DIRECT function of both probiotic deficiency, and body simply not fully disinfecting the (often-dopey) things that teens eat.

4) NEVER-HEATED OIL - Organic extra-virgin coconut oil or flaxseed can be LIGHTLY cooked without going rancid.a

Flaxseed is NOT advised for men over 40 (prostate), & can present other issues for women, yet, after coconut oil, is perhaps the only vegetable oil we know of that can take SOME heat. For medium-heat c,ooking, organic refined coconut oil is better.

Iโ€™ve personally interviewed more than seventy people over the age of 100 who are physically and mentally flexible.
