For regular after work/work-out warm down stretch... My “Lazy man”! Again!!! Do this 5-10 minutes then if back feels weak than do the knees hug (2nd picture). For those if you who “carries a hump” and wanted to loose it, then you need to be “Lazy” for at least 20 minutes and you WILL feel weak to a point that you can’t even raise your legs to do the “hug”,... slowly 1 leg at a time but do the knee hug for about 3 minutes and sore goes away and you are Back in Action!

Everyone needs to do this stretch! This stretch will reverse the spinal problems we are facing: buffalo hump, hunch back, sway back, tight shoulders,... on and on...did you know for all of your bad postural areas (joints of our back, neck, hip...) calcium buildup at the soft tissues (muscles/tendon/ ligament) area of problems due to poor posture (mal positioning). So calcium leaves our bones (osteopenia/osteoporosis) and builds up in the over labored joints (poor posture/mal alignment) and we got "arthritis" . Please bring our posture back to its intended range to reverse this effect.

I call this my (Dr.Sheng's) lazy man's stretch. Ideally performed after all workout (or after work) or before sleeping. Simply lay down on your back with your knees at the edge of your firm bed/table/3chairs, legs hanging down and arms stretch above your head (max pain free Range if you have shoulder pain) breath slow but normal. Start with 5 minutes and progress to half an hour. You may experience soreness and seemingly unable to move, ... that's NORMAL. (for people that have a hump/noticeable upper body curve, at lease 20mins)
For those of us that has frequent back pains, do this move while every minute or so, stretch (to touch your headboard) and reach your arms straighter (almost like reaching further) for 5-7 seconds reach and 2-3 seconds relax, then 7 seconds reach then 3 seconds relax... Do it at least three reps (30second total) but more if you feel like stretch out more... Then repeat every so often...

I got this share from a friend that asked if this is true. When reviewed this video, I find this is very good explanation of not only "frozen shoulder", but great percentage of our tight/numbing shoulder and issues even to the first 2 fingers of our hands. Please take a good watch...
