The Mindful Self-Compassion (MSC) program is a program developed by self-compassion pioneers Dr. Kristin Neff and Dr. Christopher Germer that is now taught around the world. 🌎

Rapidly expanding research demonstrates that self-compassion is strongly associated with:

🌟 emotional wellbeing
🌟 less anxiety, depression, and stress
🌟 more satisfying personal relationships

And the best news of all is that it's a skill that you can practice and cultivate.

Please share with friends, family and anyone else whom you think might benefit.
