Dear Patients,
I would like to express gratitude for your patience and support. It has been a difficult time for all during the past few months dealing with the pandemic at hand.
As we are preparing to REOPEN THE OFFICE IN JUNE 1st, we will have limited office hours. We will be seeing patients in the office Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays for the time being. The new office schedule is subject to change. We will continue to be available via virtual appointments and telemedicine.
Under the guidance from public health officials and the American Academy of Otolaryngology-Head and Neck Surgery, we have put many measures in place to ensure the safety of our patients and staff. We ask all patients to respect the following:
- All calls will be screened (please be patient while making an appointment).
- All patients MUST wear a mask before entering the building/office.
- Temperatures will be taken at the door every visit.
- Wash your hands or use hand sanitizer.
- No friends or family members allowed. Caretakers with elderly patients and parents with young children are permitted. We are trying to minimize the amount of people in the office at one time.
Appointments will be on the hour only and we ask you to be on time. It takes time to sterilize each exam room and the waiting area. - If you are running late, we may ask that you reschedule. We do want to stagger appointments.
- No waiting in the building’s lobby area at this time as per management.
We appreciate your cooperation currently and look forward to seeing you soon.
Kindly,
Dr. Gwen Korovin & Staff
