Our biggest, most meaningful event of the year is just a few months away, and we can’t wait to see you there! We are just a few dentists away from hitting our goal. Help us reach our goal of 65 dentist volunteers for Give Kids A Smile NYCDS in East Harlem. 🦷🪥

GKAS is a half-day event taking place on February 6, 2026, from 7:40 AM to 12:30 PM, during which dentists provide free dental screenings, fluoride treatments, and oral hygiene education to kids in need.💙

On December 6, 2025, NYCDS members and volunteers from Columbia, NYU, and Touro came together for the Special Olympics Special Smiles event. 💜

Thanks to their dedication and teamwork, 82 Special Olympics athletes received screenings—13 of whom had urgent dental needs identified. The volunteers’ enthusiasm brightened the day for so many, showcasing the incredible impact of compassion and community. ⭐️
