Originally from Israel, Adi discovered her early passion for movement through dance. While working as a dancer, Adi searched for ways to enhance her understanding of the human body and movement. She attended the Wingate Sports Institute in Israel where she completed her physical training studies. This course only served as an appetizer for her desire to better comprehend movement and use her skill
s and knowledge to help people get in better shape and live healthier. Soon after Adi graduated from the Kane School of Core Integration and Half-Moon Pilates Center in Brooklyn with a full Pilates certificate. She continued her studies with Teri Steele (Steel Pilates) at DNA (Dance New Amsterdam school in NYC). Adi is also certified Traditional Thai Yoga Bodywork practitioner and has studied at the ITM Massage School located in Chiang Mai,Thailand as well as the Open Center in NYC. Adi is also a certified Kripalu yoga instructor from the Kripalu Center for Yoga and Health in MA and a Gyrokenises certified instructor from Movement and Beyond center in Manhattan led by Master Young-ah Kim. In 2017 Adi graduated from the Institute for Integrative Nutrition and is now a certified health and nutrition coach. Adi's extensive practice is enriched by more than 20 years as a professional dancer. She has taught in many fitness clubs and Pilates studios internationally, working with a wide range of clients including elite athletes, fitness enthusiasts, pre/post natal women, seniors and those with injuries or chronic pain. Adi respects and values the individuality of each client and guides them towards feeling empowered within their bodies, living a healthy, pain-free life.
