Hi Minnesota Families and Nannies!

In the past 6 years of placing nannies in your communities I have found that the trickiest (but one of the most important parts) of hiring a nanny is getting them established as a legal household employee for your family, running their payroll and doing the end of year paperwork. At Nannies of the North we decided to add a program to help with this need.
If you have any questions about payroll, household employee laws or IRS regulations please feel free to reach out! We know that this process can be confusing and complicated but we are here to make it easy so that both you and your nanny can have peace of mind with their employment.
(You do not have to place a nanny through our agency in order to use this program.)

Hello Central Minnesota friends and parents!

We've gotten a lot of inquiries about our VIP Club lately so we thought we'd make a post explaining the program and answering a lot of the questions we've been getting. :)

Our VIP Club is our on-call care program where families can sign up for membership through our agency and then any time throughout the course of that membership that you need a sitter you can make a request and we will send out one of our nannies to care for your kiddos.

Our most common uses that we see for our VIP Club is back up care for daycare or school (many of our nannies are happy to provide sick care when needed!), date nights, filling gaps between summer camps with school aged kids over the summer and weekend coverage for those families who don't have traditional office hour jobs.

We have over 150 nannies who have been interviewed by our agency staff, certified in First Aid/CPR and SUIDS/AHT, been professionally background checked including driving records and had both professional and character references checked. Almost all of our sitters are happy to work in homes with pets and provide transportation if/when it's needed as well.
