Every year at this time, it gives us great pleasure to thank our beloved students for their (your) hard work and good cheer. We are also lucky to have wonderful volunteers keeping things moving along smoothly for us all, and of course our ever-helpful studio manager, Sarah Pagan, who has just celebrated her first-year anniversary at Yoga Union! For every breath we take, for every kind word we receive, for every good thing, may we take the time to be grateful.

We are hosting our annual Thanks + Giving class tomorrow, Friday 11/24 at 10am, rather than on Thanksgiving Day, so you can rest and digest and be ready support Puerto Rico with your donations to a not-for-profit that gives 100% of its income to those in desperate need of help.
