This simple position may help relieve some pressure. 🌟
• Get comfortable on the floor
• Place a chair next to you
• Lie on your back and rest your lower legs on the chair, with the edge behind your knees

• Relax in this position for at least 5 minutes — stay a little longer if it feels good!

When coming out of this position, take your time. Move slowly.
