We offer a discounted/sliding fee schedule for anyone who has an annual income at or below 100% and between 100% and 200% of the Federal Poverty Guidelines. Income verification will be required.

Responsibilities:

Answer phones;
Schedule patient appointments;
Follow up with patients;
Triage patients;
Perform various procedures such as EKGs;
Basic Computer Skills (be able to learn electronic health record system and telemedicine procedures);
Work closely with Doctors and healthcare providers;
Follow Safety Protocols.

Our practice has integrated a lot of technology as we have adopted new telemedicine services. We scan all of our documents into our database and are increasingly adopting more digital efficiencies.

Our practice also has multiple locations in Queens and you may have to work at more than one. But all are very accessible.
