Yes this photo is crazy! I look like a bobble head BUT there is a reason lol! 😂This is my new favorite detox tool-its a far infrared sauna-a healing powerhouse💪🏻

Why do I use this sauna? It is incredible for pulling out toxins in the body in an effective, gentle way. I personally am using it for heavy metal removal and my numbers are going DOWN! Many use it for weight loss-when you sweat out the toxins, your body is carrying less garbage, so your metabolism can function optimally. This sauna mobilizes the lymphatic system which helps your body to release. Another benefit is circulation-water cells get smaller so it can enhance microcirculation. I could go on and on because there is so much benefit!

Why do I love THIS sauna? I researched many before I purchased it. First off many saunas use near infrared technology and this one uses far -which is able to pe*****te the skin at deeper levels. It also can increase collagen, elastin, speed up injury recovery and more! Also many saunas have high electromagnetic levels which is dangerous for the nervous system-this one does not.

How often do you need to use it? I use mine 3-4x per week for 15 minutes and I see such benefit. I have a high intolerance to heat and I am shocked by how much I love this. It actually relaxes the nervous system and lessens my joint discomfort so I love using it after a hard yoga class. It makes me feel even more limber.

How can I fit this in my home? So I need to post more pictures of this but the entire thing folds up. There is a folding chair inside and a narrow short pedestal that you rest your feet on inside. It all folds up and away and the external tent folds to a small circle so all of this can fit in small spaces. It also takes less than 5 minutes to set up and put away!

Sometimes when we feel stuck, we feel as if there’s no other way to feel. Like there’s not a way out, or this is just “how it’s going to be.” Sound familiar?
