Klein, practicing since 1996, built and moved to a state of the art new space in the heart of midtown. Now called Grand Central Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery where procedures include dental implants/immediate implants, bone grafting/reconstruction, extractions for orthodontics, impacted canines, wisdom teeth removal, oral pathology, TMJ disorders, apicoectomy, and facial trauma. All office employees are vaccinated for Covid 19 and all necessary PPE and sanitation precautions are taken.
