How often have you thought about things so much that you can not reach a decision and move forward!

Too often, we find ourselves being held back because we spend so much time in the futuristic "what if" scenarios, usually all of them ending in some sort of failure. Our mind is wonderful at laying out failed scenarios in excruciating detail! This causes action paralysis and lost dreams!

Don't let your mind be your boss. It's time to remind yourself that you are the boss and your mind, your servant

1. Recognize that you are in charge of what thoughts are entering your mind.

2. Start focusing on positive outcomes rather than failure. Keep a successful scenario in the front of your thoughts at all times.

3. Change focus from "what if I fail like this....." To "What if I succeed ...."

4. Know that failure in one does not necessarily mean failure in all. Sometimes it is the 17th idea that will be successful. But if you stop at 0 or 1, you will never get to the 17th.
