Take a look at these JAW-DROPPING results! Our patient has been consistently doing neurotoxin to her upper & lower face at our practice for the past 6 months. The muscles in the lower face are depressor muscles that pull our face down. Treating the lower face and neck with neurotoxin allows the tissue to be repositioned to appear more lifted. And just like that, our beautiful patient is 6 months post-op! She is now at the halfway point to her fully healed results at 1 year!

A deep-plane face & neck lift was performed to address laxity and jowling in the lower face. This method allows for both the skin and muscle layers to be lifted in unison, allowing for a natural, never pulled final result.

Non-surgical rhinoplasty before & after

This patient was unhappy with the bump in her nose, but was not ready to commit yet to surgery. She also wanted a very subtle result. The after result was achieved by using dermal filler in her nasal bridge to disguise the dorsal hump and give her a straighter side profile from the side view. Looking at her, you would never know she had anything done to her nose. Instead, it looks like a nose she was born with! Upper & lower blepharoplasty b&a

This patient felt that with age, the skin on her upper eyelids was sagging and the bags under her eyes were increasing in prominence. This was leading to a more tired appearance regardless of amount of rest. Dr. Levine performed an upper blepharoplasty to remove excess skin covering the eyelid. It was paired with a lower blepharoplasty to remove the protruding fat pad and tighten up the skin on the lower lid.

Let’s take a moment to appreciate how amazing this patient’s results are only 3 weeks post-op!

She was looking for a dramatic and permanent solution to address her lower face and the crepey skin on her neck. Dr. Levine performed her signature Levine Lyft - a deep-plane lower face and neck lift.

This patient added on a laser skin resurfacing treatment with our ContourTRL laser. We always recommend adding a deeper laser resurfacing treatment to a surgical procedure as surgery does not address full skin quality.

Keep in mind these photos were taken three weeks apart, and it takes one year to fully heal from a surgical procedure and up to 3 months for deeper laser skin resurfacing results.

✨ a sneak peak of a full facial assessment consultation with Dr. Levine ✨ Lewis, our Practice Manager, had been previously overfilled with excessive amounts of Hyularonic based acid filler by other practitioners before working at the Levine Center for Plastic Surgery. Prior to this consultation, we did 4 treatments of Evoke on a high setting as well as Exion RF Microneedling in order to stimulate his lymphatic system to help rid the body of excess inflammation from these past injectables and tighten and skin that had been stretched from the overuse of injectables. In this consultation, Lewis thought he needed some cheekbone filler and a touch up of his upper face botox in order to lift the face. After receiving an examination from Dr. Levine, she was able to identify that this was in fact not the best treatment for him to receive a more balanced, defined yet still natural appearance. Dr. Levine decided that the best course of action was to start with Radiesse, a non-Hyularonic acid based injectable designed to mimic bone and stimulate your body’s own natural collagen. In addition, daxxify in the lower face to the DAOs, mentalis muscle and platysmal band was determined to be the best treatment pairing for the desired results. Here are my thoughts on Kylie Jenner’s most recent look! She appears much more natural with motion and does not appear to have as much volume in her mid face and undereyes.
