🍤 Vietnamese Fresh Spring Rolls 🌿
🥣 Ingredients:
• 8 rice paper wrappers
• 1/2 lb cooked shrimp, sliced in half
• 1 cup shredded lettuce
• 1/2 cup shredded carrots
• 1/2 cup thinly sliced cucumber
• 1/4 cup fresh mint leaves
• 1/4 cup fresh cilantro leaves
• 1/4 cup hoisin sauce for dipping
📖 Recipe:
• Dip one rice paper wrapper in warm water for about 10 seconds until soft, then place on a flat surface.
• Place a small amount of lettuce, carrots, cucumber, mint, cilantro, and 2-3 shrimp halves in the center of the wrapper.
• Fold the sides over the filling, then roll tightly from the bottom to seal.
• Repeat with the remaining wrappers and filling.
• Serve with hoisin sauce for dipping.
