Despite my best efforts, I am struggling to cope with the challenges of being on the second floor, and I have had several falls down the stairs, which has left me knocked unconscious and alone. I am compelled to assert my authenticity as the real Keith, as opposed to the imposter attempting to scam you. I regret my inability to participate more actively, due to the tumultuous period I am currently navigating in my life. I am still awaiting a medical evaluation with a cardiologist specialist to determine my suitability for a donor list. Unfortunately, my diabetes continues to be a significant challenge. I assure you that I am adhering to a healthy diet and am not consuming junk food. Ironically, I am experiencing weight loss, which is a concern given my already precarious health. I cherish the rare occasions when I have a good day, with sufficient energy to function normally, as a precious blessing. Despite the struggles and stress that life is currently imposing upon me, I remain thankful for the simple fact of being alive.
