Our lovely patient wanted a V-Shape and improved facial symmetry. She disliked her square facial shape, full sagging cheeks, excess skin she had on her neck, loose jawline, and her overall side profile. This 28-year-old beauty came to us with a unique story. At 11, she was diagnosed with Bell’s Palsy, a condition that causes sudden, temporary weakness or paralysis of the muscles on one side of the face. Her right side was affected, leading to asymmetries that persisted over the years.

Bell’s Palsy can have lasting effects, including facial drooping, muscle weakness, and difficulty with facial expressions. For our patient, it left the right side of her face lower than the left, affecting her self-confidence.

To help her achieve the balance she desired, we performed a lower facelift and endoscopic brow lift. Through a small incision around her earlobe, we skillfully lifted and repositioned the lower face.
