Momentum is one of the first green and Eco-friendly Pilates studio in New York City. Health concerns are addressed when needed.

Momentum Pilates is a beautiful, serene and private, one-of-a-kind studio which offers Pilates, GYROTONIC® exercise and Pre- and Post-natal conditioning by an expert collective of certified teachers. Nestled in the heart of Union Square, Momentum is located in the landmark St. Denis Building, well-known for housing some of NYC’s best healers and body workers. Momentum is one of the first green and eco-friendly Pilates studios in the area with sustainable wood floors and equipment, setting the energetic pace for the best possible state-of-mind workout. We at Momentum Pilates believe in working closely with each individual client. We tailor each workout toward the client’s goals and concerns as well as teaching that the body/mind connection is what’s important. The result is a more focused workout with satisfying, core-strengthened results. The client looks and feels better, acquiring lengthened, toned and defined muscles, great posture and a more positive, less stressed outlook on life. Our skillful team of instructors all come from a movement background applying to their work their own hands-on experience and excellence. Our instructors are knowledgeable and experienced in collaborating with our talented group of LMTs and PTs to help clients pre-and post-op. So whether you are a dancer or athlete wanting to finesse your strength and flexibility or a gym buff looking for more of a challenge; whether you are someone who is tired of that nagging lower back or neck pain or simply someone who just wants to get back into shape, Momentum Pilates will have something to offer you. Just finished 3rd year- advanced protocols of the powerful and amazing Eden Energy work created by Donna Eden. Offering EEM sessions at Momentum Pilates @ The Curative.

This work focuses on removing blocks between the 9 energy systems for preventative health as well as chronic physical and emotional issues.
