Welcome to December.
Anyone else feeling that strange blur between wrapping up the year and trying not to get lost in the holiday chaos?
One minute you’re lighting a candle and feeling reflective. The next you’re wondering how many events you accidentally said yes to.
Last month I led a 21-day gratitude practice with an incredible group of people, and it reminded me of something simple but surprisingly powerful.
Even in the busiest times, tiny moments of awareness can shift the whole day.
- A quiet sip of coffee.
- A breath before opening your inbox.
- Remembering you still have leftovers so you don’t have to cook again.
These things count. And each time you notice them, you are training your mind to notice the abundance that already exists in your life!
Here’s what one participant shared about my Rooted in Gratitude practice:
“It surprised me how grounded it made me feel. I see it as a gem that I can go back to regularly.” - Vanessa
A gem. Gratitude is a gem!
To be clear, gratitude doesn’t magically clear your calendar or fold your laundry.
But it gives you a place to land when everything starts moving too fast.
And in December, that landing spot matters.
If this kind of practice speaks to you, stay tuned. I’ll be offering it again soon.
Share below ⬇️ one “landing spot” (aka: gratitude) you can rely on this holiday season.
