After stepping away to welcome her daughter in November, Kara couldn’t wait to get back under the orange lights. When she heard Woodlake was opening, she jumped at the chance to return to the workouts, the coaches, and the community she missed so much.

What is Orangetheory Fitness?

Orangetheory Fitness is a 1 Hour long Full Body workout.

We focus in three areas: Endurance, Strength, and/or Power.

We use Heart Rate Based Interval Training which has been scientifically proven to burn more calories post workout.

Everyone wears a Heart Rate Monitor which broadcasts your stats to large televisions placed throughout the studio in REAL TIME.
