Latavia graduated from Columbia University in 2016 with her master’s degree in speech language pathology and has her license in NY & Maine. She has been practicing for 8 years now and works with children from preschool-high school in a school setting. She is also an adjunct Professor at Lehman College, content creator, editor and host of Queens On A Roll Podcast, and Certified Lead Advocate for the Amputee Coalition. As a proud advocate for people with disabilities, she focuses on breaking down barriers through education and leadership, as she seeks to challenge societal misconceptions and overcome systemic obstacles that hinder equal access to learning and leadership opportunities. Today we celebrated strength, resilience, and the power of community! Cerebral Palsy doesn’t define us — it inspires us to show up, lead, and shine in our own unique ways.

We had a few technical difficulties (because even queens have off days 👑💻), but that didn’t stop the celebration! Thank you to everyone who tuned in, supported, and shared the love.
