Today's Jeffery's IEP meeting, and it's truly overwhelming. It's a reminder of everything that my child can't do, on top of everything else we deal with. It's a harsh reminder of his delays and shortcomings. In the past I've cried happy and sad tears during these meetings. I pray for the grace to be stronger today so that i can be the best advoate he is looking forward for me to be.
I want to encourage you parents out there - don't let IEP meetings discourage you. Our kids will get where they need to be, in their own pace and in God’s appointed time .
Hang in there, 💕 You're doing amazing!
