Back-to-school Desk Posture Check Up!!!

1. Feet flat on the floor
2. Knees at 90 degrees
3. Elbows slightly more open than 90 degrees and relaxed
4. Wrists relaxed
5. Top of the monitor lined up with the top of your head
6. Slight smile to trick yourself into believing you love work

If you find yourself slouching, maybe invest in some Pilates classes or lumbar support?
