Hi All!
It's been a LONG time!!!
I have been absent from FB for a variety of reasons.
One main reason is that I have been focusing on my personal and professional growth and am so excited to share what I am doing!
In the past year and a half, I have been focusing on Energy Healing This may sound very "new age" but Energy Medicine has been around for thousands of years.
Although functional nutrition took me really far in my healing journey, I needed to heal trauma (emotional and physical trauma) from a different angle. I also realized that I was an empath and absorbed energy around me and needed to find a way to let go of this.
Trapped energy in the form of trapped emotions, trauma, negative beliefs, programmed messages, physical trauma (and more) can all become trapped in our bodies, manifesting in dis...ease, weight gain, pain and a variety of chronic health issues/symptoms.
In my absence, I have found remarkable results incorporating my knowledge of functional medicine, anatomy/physiology and functional nutrition into my energy healing practice.
Clearing and healing trapped energy is ESSENTIAL in restoring health and recovering from ANY health condition.
I am SO excited to share this with you and have decided to offer a introductory package (3-30 minute sessions) for $99 (regular cost is $225) for the next week. These sessions are done through email. I would need your top 3 complaints, name/birthdate. After I do the session, I would email you a summary of findings.
In the session, I use kinesiology (muscle testing) to identify root causes of health complaints/symptoms and release/heal the underlying imbalances with energy healing techniques.
