✨ Life After LASIK ✨

Congratulations on your LASIK journey! If you haven’t taken the first step yet, book a consultation with us today and let’s make it happen! Your role in this journey starts after the procedure, and here’s what you need to know:

What to avoid after LASIK and PRK:
❌ Avoid showering or washing your hair for one day after surgery
❌ Don’t drive until we give you the go-ahead
❌ Don’t get soap in your eyes for at least a week
❌ Don’t wear eye makeup for at least a week (discard previously used makeup to avoid contamination)
❌ Don’t colour your hair for at least two days
❌ Don’t exercise for at least two days
❌ Don’t go to sleep without goggles or shields we provide (use them as instructed for about a week)
❌ Avoid dirty environments and high winds so debris doesn’t get into your eyes

The key rule:
👉 Don’t rub your eyes. Let me repeat: Don’t rub your eyes.
