We also specialize in supporting couples, utilizing the Gottman Method to help resolve relationship challenges. At Mind Wellness Practice we offer psychotherapy to people who experience anxiety and phobias, depression, relationship issues, post-traumatic stress, addiction problems, and ADHD. We work with adolescents, adults, couples, and families utilizing empirically supported treatment. Our ther

apists have been trained in a variety of treatment approaches, including Psychodynamic Psychotherapy, Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy, Interpersonal Psychotherapy, EMDR, Mindfulness, and Gottman Method Couples Therapy. We use individualized approach to tailor treatment to the specific needs of our clients. In addition to helping people solve the immediate problems that bring them to therapy, our goal is to help our clients develop a better understanding of themselves and to bring about lasting emotional and behavioral change.
