According to Reuters, as of April 3, the earthquake in Myanmar has killed at least 3,085 people, with thousands injured and missing. Rescue efforts are underway as weather forecasts indicate unseasonal rains could complicate rescue efforts.
According to the Myanmar government, as of April 3, the death toll has risen to 3,085, with 4,715 injured and 341 still missing.
The earthquake collapsed thousands of buildings, destroyed roads and bridges, and left many areas without power and communications.
