Structural Integration (SI) treats you as a whole - not just a collection of parts and symptoms. It offers an effective, natural solution to pain & discomfort that can help you become more resilient to injury, stress, and fatigue, and discover more ease & enjoyment in your daily life.
How we use our bodies is often a major factor in chronic pain, stress, fatigue, and discomfort. SI helps you release painful, stressful patterns of tension, replacing them with comfort and ease.
The moment you stop thinking about your movement and posture, you're back to your old habits. SI helps you learn how to maintain your alignment effortlessly.
Lasting Change
The 167 or so hours of the week that you aren't on a treatment table has more to do with your condition than anything. SI supports lasting change by empowering you with new options for movement, posture, and self-care.
Natural & Effective
You may be hoping to avoid drugs or surgery. By addressing your whole system, SI offers a conservative approach that helps ensure contributing factors don't get overlooked.

“The 11 session series exceeded my expectations and David was fantastic to work with. I've been struggling with chronic pain for the better part of the last eight years. I had seen rheumatologists, orthopedic doctors, you name it, and nothing seemed to steer me in the direction of any sort of long-term solution. The structural integration sessions were a great, non-invasive way to identify and hone in on specific areas needing improvement (i.e. strengthening, re-alignment). I plan on continuing to work with David intermittently to supplement my ongoing efforts to combat my chronic pain issues.” -Timothy F.
“I did an 11-session series and it was one of the best expenditures of my entire life. I didn't necessarily have any injuries, was just hoping to release some chronic tension and be more embodied. My experience with David FAR exceeded my expectations. I realized things about my body (and my body's relationship with my mind and my environment) that I'm pretty sure never would have been revealed otherwise. *Nothing* compares to the experience-- not deep-tissue massages, not yoga, not meditation, not therapy. It is next-level.” -Sylvia M.
“Definitely a life changing experience! David is awesome I remember we where shooting a movie in NYC and our DP had knee problems and I sent him to David - he literally saved the day. I did a whole series with him it was great - I still remember after trying shots - etc finally when they said they might have to operate did I take a leap of faith - I'm so grateful to the women that turned me on to David and also to David.” -D. I established Transformative Structural Integration to help people become more aligned, strong and present in their bodies and in their lives. My passion for this work is fueled by my lifelong love for movement. My lifetime practice of surfing, acrobatics, climbing, martial arts and movement exploration has inspired me in this work. Having sustained countless injuries, and and the trauma that came with them, I decided to dedicate myself to help others with their recoveries. Because of these experiences, I have deep compassion and caring for all of my clients, and take the time to get to know each individual. I care deeply about what will best serve YOU and your body. It is my intention to help you better understand your body and your self so that you can stand firm in your strength and embrace the amazing beauty of your life. I can’t think of a more rewarding practice.
