Do you experience, dizziness, or discomfort in your head with head movements… Maybe it occurs during driving exercise or even while grocery shopping?? Sometimes our vestibular system can become hyper sensitive, so it’s not that we have vertigo per se but instead, it’s just a dysfunction. Like anything else in the body, dizziness or vestibular dysfunction can improve with adaptation, so exposing it to more of the uncomfortable movements more frequently can reduce symptoms overtime. This 4 x 4 routine involves four different head movements while completing for different variations for each. If you incorporate this into your life each day, you may notice a reduction in discomfort with head movements.
