High-Protein Chocolate Yogurt Bites Recipe
Ingredients:
βΆ 1 cup thick Greek yogurt (plain, unsweetened)
βΆ 1 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder
βΆ 1β2 tsp raw honey (adjust to taste)
βΆ 1 tbsp crushed almonds or peanuts
Optional:
βΆ A few drops of vanilla extract for extra flavor
βΆ A sprinkle of dark chocolate shavings (70%+ cocoa)
