Glp-1 drugs ( Ozempic, Wegovy etc) are effective in lowering inflammation, blood pressure and appetite. They are a peptide generically known as Semaglutide.
Unfortunately they are expensive.
Bio identical hormone replacement is also  not available to women over 60 so must be purchased out of pocket. This is based on faulty research that has been proven to be inaccurate.
As a coach who has worked with many women going through the sometimes confusing, but dynamic shift into menopause, it is honestly unconscionable that these treatments which can create balance of so many systems are not available through Western medical means.
