What is Buccal? And what can it do for you ? Here’s a glimpse…the buccinator is a small muscle on both sides of the mouth that aides in chewing, smiling, frowning and lots of other things. Buccal massage gets into the muscle to release tension you had no idea was there. Helps with TMJ, sinus headaches, tension headaches and creates a lovely plumper mouth! 👄👍😊

One year ago today yours truly got cut open. It still seems like a bad dream that happened to someone else. The C-word definitely has that affect. But I am healing and that has been one of the biggest challenges thru out this process, being the receiver instead of the giver. I’m a terrible patient! After years of giving Lymphatic Drainage I was benefiting from it which was highly educational! I got an amazing lymphatic drainage session with . More recently I’m so glad I found Sabrina and Meagan at .pt_ot They have really helped with the pain from fibrosis and scar tissue that was affecting my ability to work. Early detection is everything and I’m grateful to be back in the groove working. 🩷💪🩷🙏

I spent two days this week getting my Level 2 Buccal and Face massage training from the super knowledgeable This advanced training gave me some super skills to add to my current face massage practice and I can’t wait to share them with you!
