Actually, staying away from Carbs is not a bad thing. with Take Shape for Life, you can have one meal with the family or friends while your 5 other meals are medifast. your one meal should be Lean and Green. a piece of chicken and a salad, or veggies. I always had a salad and veggies, but skip the white food when you have your lean and green meal.

Wow, Just found something great, especially for us who are trying to follow a diet. a new app called my fitness pal. you can find it at the app store. keep your phone in your pocket and it will measure your exercise. Post your food, and guess what.... all our medifast food is already there, so you can type in for example, Medifast coffee soft serve, it will come up with the calorie count etc. I just started to do this, because I need to get back on track and I'm already down 2 lbs. Because if you actually keep track of what you eat..... you'll be aware and you'll lose weight. join me on my new Journey. I'm back!!!

Dieting on its own may not be the answer, but neither is the status quo. Being overweight increases the likelihood that you'll suffer from overall poor health & eventually become sick. Medical literature is teeming with studies that confirm it. And you don't even have to be obese to be at risk. As your weight rises, so do your health risks.
