Turn your world upside down — safely and confidently.

Join our Headstand (Śīrṣāsana) Workshop with Saraswati and learn a step-by-step, methodical approach to one of yoga’s most powerful postures. Known as the “king of asanas,” headstand can energize the body, sharpen focus, and steady the mind — when practiced with the right foundation.

In this guided session you’ll work on proper alignment, shoulder and core strength, balance drills, and supported wall variations. The focus is on patience, awareness, and confidence — not rushing the final pose.
