To shift your focus to improving facial structure, this is the method:

- Facial massage: to release muscular tension, improve circulation, and release sticky fascia. As tension is released, the bones and lymphatic system become less compressed, supporting a more lifted facial structure and smoother skin tissue.

- Face yoga: to strengthen weak muscles, build volume, support bone density, and improve facial posture. Certain poses can even help reprogram habitual expressions, reducing the repetitive movements that contribute to wrinkles.

- Lymphatic drainage: to move excess fluid and inflammation out of the tissues, creating a more sculpted, defined appearance.

- Reflexology: to release fascial tension, calm the nervous system, and support the body’s natural healing processes. Reflexology also helps release fascial adhesions within the tissues, allowing the face to soften and wrinkles to relax.

When you create rituals around these methods, your face and body begin to soften as you reconnect with yourself. You create space to release stress, quiet self-criticism, and process the emotions that have been contributing to the tension patterns and expressions you’ve carried for years.

One of the biggest misconceptions in the skincare world is that if we boost collagen, the wrinkles and sagging will go away. Collagen helps texture and lines - it does nothing to lift fallen structures.

One of the biggest misconception in the injector world is that filler can “lift” the face. Filler doesn’t lift, it fills areas that have lost volume. (Also, side note: you can’t injector too much filler in the lower face - it’ll end up looking bottom heavy and puffy over time).

If you’ve been relying on filler or laser treatments to help with jowls and marionette lines then I’m sorry, you’re a little behind.

But don’t stress. If you follow my techniques, you can release the downward pull, relieve tension that’s causing drooping and naturally lift fallen structures with a few simple exercises a day.

It’s time to get obsessed with your natural lips. Natural is in. The fake and overdone look it out.

By the way, if your lip plumper uses capsaicin, cinnamon, or chili pepper, it’s creating irritation in the lips to trigger inflammation. These two questions can literally be applied to anything in life - anything you’re struggling to let go of or find clarity in.

1. What am I truly searching for in this lifetime?
2. So, is this what I choose?

Ask yourself this as many times as you need to until the answer becomes clear. There is no right or wrong answer; this exercise helps you become free of the fear that’s been driving your beauty-related decisions.

A few tips before you start:

If you’re new to touching and moving your face, give it time. Like any form of exercise or bodywork, consistency matters. But if you already work with your muscles, fascia, and lymphatics regularly (like one of my Studio members), you’ll likely notice dramatic results every morning from this quick 5-minute routine.

I always apply a little slip beforehand so I’m not dragging on dry skin. Sometimes it’s my Vitamin Sea Serum, sometimes it’s my Goddess Omega Oil. I usually do my full skincare routine later in the morning. This ritual is mainly to wake up the face and get the lymph moving.

Don’t forget to breathe. Deep breathing moves the diaphragm, which helps stimulate lymphatic flow throughout the body. More lymph movement = better waste removal, less puffiness, and a fresher, more energized face.
