SWIPE LEFT—->! Complex Revision Rhinoplasty case. This young man had history of previous rhinoplasty and septoplasty elsewhere. He also had cleft lip and palate repair as a child. He was left with asymmetric nostrils after prior attempt at symmetry by previous surgeon, as well as drooping flat tip. He was very unhappy with the appearance of his nose and sought improvement.
