Duties and Responsibilities are as follows

- Preparing and typing routine correspondence, letters and reports

- Answering Phones & routing calls to appropriate person

- Greeting visitors and Patients as applicable and conducting them to the appropriate location or person as needed

- Setting up Charts for new clients

- Maintaining schedules and daily calendars

- Scheduling clients

- Assisting in Various basic personnel administrative functions

Requirements

References Required

Verification of Patient Insurances

Bilingual/Spanish or Polish Speaking a plus

Schedule 1-7:30

Knowledge of Early Intervention, NYC Dept of education and Medical knowledge of CPT codes and Diagnosis a plus

Job Type: Part-time
