It’s amazing how life can surprise you and show you a whole new way of seeing things, even when you thought it was a done deal. As the Red Hot Chili Peppers said, “Take me to the place I love, take me all the way.” Cheers to getting older and embracing new ways of doing things while still staying true to our core. Life is full of surprises!

I am teaching Hip Hop Yoga for kids this Friday from 1-2pm at a very special location on 6th street between B and C in lower Manhattan.

I always want to help others but sometimes it is better to enjoy the bliss and hard work paying off for yourself.
Don't dim for the next person who is in trauma. It may be better to shine bright and that will be more helpful for them and better guidance.

Freestyle about moving on to a better place even though those that we love are not ready to take the same path to healing for themselves. Knowing that you can still love them, still wave to them from where you are. But you have to continue to follow the light for your benefit and theirs.
