“Movement is life, so shall you move”

Let’s talk planning your exercise. When do you like getting in a workout? Morning, afternoon, or night? Honestly any exercise is better than no exercise, however if your looking for maximum benefit to your body, did you know that early morning exercises has a S**t ton of of benefits? Getting up at 4-5am to exercise helps boost your metabolic rate throughout the day, drastically lowers your blood pressure and helps maintain substantial amount of energy throughout the day. It’s a quick pick me up/booster for the rest of your daily activities. Not only that it’s easier to get your workout out of the way so the rest of the day you can make your own so get up early and go exercise.

It’s been a while since I’ve posted but i wanted to share with you some accolades and accomplishments. I haven’t max tested in a while, usually i test for 3 rep max as opposed to 1 rep max, however i decided to do my 1 rep max on deadlift. I was surprised to say that ive PR my one rep max when i was in my prime playing football (415lbs). I dead lifted 435!!! All it took was hard work and proper form/posture.

Sometimes it’s fun to see the limits of your body whether it comes to balance, coordination, or just overall stability. Today i worked on all 3 and did some hand stand push-ups. Now it wasn’t the best but im getting there

Here’s an exercise i haven’t done in a while

Pistol squats.

This exercise encompasses the whole posterior kinetic chain (calves, hamstrings, glutes) while strengthening the quads. Its a very difficult exercise because it causes one to go past their normal range of motion when it comes to squatting. This exercise requires a lot of strength in the ankle muscles and a lot of stabilization of the core and pelvic floor muscles. Its a great exercise to show off your amazing core and leg strength and stability.

Today’s hump day/workout Wednesday and i wanted to show praise and shout out my client she’s been working with me for a month now and she’s been doing some amazing things.
